  • Prune Wisteria

  • Deadhead flowering plants regularly

  • Keep watering containers and new plants

  • Feed containers, and even tired border perennials, with a liquid tomato food each week to encourage them to bloom into the early autumn.

  • Collect seeds from favourite plants

  • Inspect chrysanthemums for the first signs of white rust and take immediate action

  • Harvest sweetcorn and other vegetables as they become ready

  • Continue cutting old fruited canes on raspberries

  • Lift and pot up rooted strawberry runners

  • Most perennial weeds are best dealt with when in active growth.  Apply a weed killer containing glyphosate.

  • Keep ponds and water features topped up

  • Feed your soil with green manures

“Hi, my name is Tegan Aplin, and in the summer [2019] I went to South India with World Challenge for 16 days. To go on this trip I had to raise £3,100, which I did through generous donations from local businesses and by doing backyard sales, car boot sales, babysitting, and car washes. We went trekking for 5 days through the Western Ghats, which had such amazing views. We then helped in a local primary school tiling the school floors and teaching the children English and Maths. Helping at the school was very heartwarming. I loved every minute in India, doing things I would never normally do, thanks to this amazing company and World Challenge.”

We have set out clear and practical requirements that our employees are to take to ensure we carry out our work as safely as possible. 

 

If you have a meeting with a member of Fullers Landscaping, please let us know whether you would like us to wear a face covering. When we build your dream garden, our landscaping team will have handwashing facilities, hand sanitiser, disinfectant and face coverings available to them. We will also ensure that a portable toilet is on-site so they do not need to enter your property. 

 

We constantly check government advice to ensure we work within good practice guidelines.
