​•    Protect new spring shoot from slugs
•    Plant shallots, onion sets and early potatoes
•    Plant summer-flowering bulbs such as Allium, Frecsia, Begonia, Crocosmia and Bearded Iris
•    Cut back Cornus (dogwood) and Salix (willow) and buddleias
•    Start feeding fish and using the pond fountain and remove pond heaters
•    Open the greenhouse or conservatory doors and vents on warm days
•    Get rid of slimy patches on the patio but using a scrubbing broom and cleaning fluid or a pressure washer (be careful it is not too powerful or it will damage the grout)
•    Sow sweet peas
•    Trim winter-flowering heathers as the flowers disappear, to prevent the plants becoming leggy
•    Keep feeding the birds

“Hi, my name is Tegan Aplin, and in the summer [2019] I went to South India with World Challenge for 16 days. To go on this trip I had to raise £3,100, which I did through generous donations from local businesses and by doing backyard sales, car boot sales, babysitting, and car washes. We went trekking for 5 days through the Western Ghats, which had such amazing views. We then helped in a local primary school tiling the school floors and teaching the children English and Maths. Helping at the school was very heartwarming. I loved every minute in India, doing things I would never normally do, thanks to this amazing company and World Challenge.”

We have set out clear and practical requirements that our employees are to take to ensure we carry out our work as safely as possible. 

 

If you have a meeting with a member of Fullers Landscaping, please let us know whether you would like us to wear a face covering. When we build your dream garden, our landscaping team will have handwashing facilities, hand sanitiser, disinfectant and face coverings available to them. We will also ensure that a portable toilet is on-site so they do not need to enter your property. 

 

We constantly check government advice to ensure we work within good practice guidelines.
