  • Keep weeds under control.

  • Mow your lawn (lowering the blades gradually).

  • Dig in a layer of compost into your beds.

  • Deadhead daffodils but leave the foliage intact allowing it to die back naturally, so they will bloom again next year.

  • Sow hardy annuals and herb seeds.

  • Feed hungry shrubs and roses.

  • Keep bird baths and bird feeders topped up to encourage birds to your garden.

  • Plant out perennials in groups of three, five or seven.

  • Protect fruit blossom from late frosts.

  • Divide bamboos and waterlilies.

A while back we received a letter from an amazing young person asking if we would sponsor a trip to India. While we were unable to give the full amount we were very pleased to give something to help. Hi my name is Tegan Aplin and in the summer [2019] I went to South India with World Challenge for 16 days. To go on this trip I had to raise £3,100, I raised the money through generous donations from local businesses and by doing backyard sales, car boot sales, babysitting and car washes. We went trekking for 5 days through the Western Ghats, which had such amazing views. We then helped in a local primary school tiling the school floors and teaching the children English and Maths. Helping at the school was very heart warming. I loved every minute in India doing things I would never normally do thanks to this amazing company and World Challenge.

We have set out clear and practical requirements that our employees are to take to ensure we carry out our work as safely as possible.

If you have a meeting with a member of Fullers then we can wear a face covering if you wish, please let us know.  When we build your dream garden our landscaping team will have handwashing facilities, hand sanitiser, disinfectant and face coverings available to them. We will also ensure that a toilet (Portaloo) is on site so they do not need to enter your property. 

 

We are constantly checking government advice to ensure we are working within good practice guidelines.
